To commission me, you agree to all of the terms below, abide by them and will not break them under any circumstance.

Payment:
Payment is made via Paypal & expected within 48 hours of an accepted commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in commission slot cancellation. (Applies to payment over $100 usd.)
Payment is due in full up front for any commission equal to or below $100 USD. For amounts greater than $100 USD, payment plans are available.
When paying through Paypal you must always select "No address needed"Use of artwork:
Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit. You may not redistribute, edit, or resell without strict permission from me. This does not include sales that include the art along with the original character.
Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories.I reserve the right to use my artwork for advertisement.
BUT: I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission, a fee will be in place for this.Refunds:
Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted.
All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image.Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund.Artwork should take three (3) months maximum, after you will be offered a refund or to wait for your work to be finished. If you decline a refund when I offer it to you, a refund will not be permitted later down the line.I will not tolerate harassment, spam or abuse. You will NOT get a refund.Guide on commissioning:
Please be clear and concise in your description of the change. You can use other works and photos you like as references for the changes!I do not accept "description only" commissions.
